He couldn’t be a kinder, more enthusiastic person and he goes above and beyond to create you a masterpiece. My husband and I had looked around at different options before meeting Todd and were pretty underwhelmed by both taste and aesthetic. As we were starting to get concerned and asking friends for help, Todd was Recommended to us by someone in the food and confections industry, and we knew we had to meet him, immediately. He showed up to our apartment with the most outrageously delicious samples presented in such an elegant way (and these were just samples!) and such a lovely, positive disposition. We knew immediately that we were in the best hands possible and that we wouldn’t have to worry about the cake anymore! On our wedding day, people gasped when they saw what he had created (I mean, as did we). I didn’t want to actually cut and serve it, it was so beautiful. We had a cherry blossom theme and Todd elevated it to a whole new level for our guests. They couldn’t believe that the flowers were edible and the taste was beyond delicious.
