Enchanted Garden
This cake was inspired by all of the flowers and greenery being used for the ceremony and reception. Peonies, Icelandic poppies, ranunculus, and abundant greenery sculpted from sugar finds themselves nestled sweetly on a four foot towering faux bois cake. you’ll also notice some signature bees adorned in rose gold… ‘bee’ on the look out for these throughout the gallery!

Burning Desire
I had the opportunity to work with this amazing couple! Aurora and Andy came to me not knowing exactly what they wanted when it came to their cake. When I meet with my couples, I want to design a cake that speaks for both people. Andy is a firefighter and Aurora is a real estate broker. I decided to make the base of this cake in the shape of a coiled fire hose to tip his hat to his fellow firefighters at his reception. Aurora was also easy! She loves flowers and also loves architecture and gold. I took elements from this venue’s flooring, pillars, and added flowers and gold to tie together the cake with the venue!
Signature bee!
Wedding cakes come in many shapes, sizes and colors. Wedding white, although a timeless statement for your reception, isn’t the only choice for daring brides and grooms. Enrobing your cake in black is a great way to tie in a neutral canvas for bold and stunning sugar flowers. This cake is accented with earthy green and wood trim and has been illuminated by gold. Sugar scabiosa, anemones, wild roses and wisteria tell a story of romance, power, and deep love.
Black, brown, and gold add richness and seduce the eyes.

This could be how one can describe this cake. Cold faux marble cake tiers paired with architecturally sharp, clean and white tiers burning with rose gold trim was the perfect cake for this venue in Austin, Texas. Phalaenopsis orchids sculpted from sugar are the goal for these two dragon flies sweetly resting upon the tiers!

A simple cake does not mean that the cake has to be plain. Sometimes, simplicity can be more stunning than a cake that is designed to be over-the-top! This cake is simple due to its clean square tiers with sharp edges but softness has been added with a bountiful supply of sugar gardenia!

Weddings happen anytime of the year and this cake features a modern and natural version of a Christmas wedding. Soft pink poinsettias, orchids, and foliage made from mistletoe and dusty miller make this stone finished cake a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. The black background hints that not a creature was stirring and there was peace, calm, and silence.

Soft and airy are these beautiful peonies sculpted from sugar. They are the perfect accent to this elegant and regal cake dressed in sugar lace and flowers!
This peony absorbs the sunlight just as beautifully as does a real peony from the garden! Just imagine them cascading down your wedding cake!

Tavern on the Green was the perfect venue for this lush spring wonder. The day was overcast and drizzly but it did not matter because these flowers brightened the whole reception!
Soft and sharp are the lines of this wedding cake. Sharp and perfectly sculpted corners of these hexagon tiers is balanced by soft sugar peonies and sugar cherry blossom. A cascade of loose petals adds romance and organic vibes!
A dimply lit room is magically transformed by bright flower design! Harding’s is an intimate venue that beholds a feeling of old New York. Lots of brick, wood, and and earth tones paired with antique chandeliers players the perfect backdrop to this inspired wedding cake!

A bride and a wedding that will forever remain bold to those that attended this affair in West Hampton, on the beach! Destiny was a beautiful bride that desired elements of her couture gold splashed gown to be present in her cake. Sugar gardenias added an element of movement that complimented the movement of the twisted hexagon spiraled cake tiers.

This cake was assembled in Carmel, Indiana. Destination weddings are unpredictable, but fun and rewarding! Cracked stone with exposed gold and copper tones make the prefect back-drop for these spiraling jewel toned sugar flowers!
